Planned Maintenance – Sovereign House London Data Centre

DescriptionEach day between 08:00 and 18:00 on the 31st October to 2nd of November, our data centre partner, Digital Realty, will be performing routine maintenance work on the uninterruptible power supply (DRUPS) system, at the Sovereign House London data centre.

The works will involve isolating one DRUPS unit at a time to allow the servicing and testing of all DRUPS modules, however we do not anticipate any impact to our services.

In the unlikely event that we do experience any disruptions during the maintenance period, updates will be posted on our status page at http://status.timico.co.uk. As a subscriber to the alert service you will be notified if there are any unforeseen issues.

Further to the notification from our Data Centre Partner in Sovereign House, of their work to the DRUPS, we have been advised the work has been completed and all systems are operating as normal.


We are therefore marking this "at risk" notification as resolved.
