DescriptionBetween 00:01 and 06:00 on Wednesday 10th October, we will be upgrading the router hardware in our Telecity Williams Data Centre as part of our planned routine maintenance programme.

During this maintenance period, connectivity to our N-Able monitoring platform will be lost for up to 60 minutes. The platform will be unavailable during this time, and this will also be reflected in reports for this period.

In the unlikely event that we do experience any disruptions longer than 60 minutes during the maintenance period, updates will be posted on our status page at http://status.timico.co.uk. As a subscriber to the alert service you will be notified if there are any unforeseen issues.

If you experience any service degradation following the maintenance window, please contact your technical support team.
