Description | As part of our planned routine maintenance program, we will be upgrading the router hardware in our Sovereign House Data Centre. Maintenance is planned for the following dates between 00:01 and 06:00: Wednesday 28th November Thursday 29th November During the maintenance periods, our Ethernet links will experience a loss of service of up to 60 minutes. In the unlikely event that we do experience any disruptions longer than 60 minutes during the maintenance period, updates will be posted on our status page at http://status.timico.co.uk. As a subscriber to the alert service you will be notified if there are any unforeseen issues. If you experience any service degradation following the maintenance period, please contact your technical support team. We apologise for any inconvenience this maintenance work may cause. |
