DescriptionBetween 00:01 and 01:00 on Thursday 7th March, we will be performing maintenance on router hardware in our Williams Manchester Data Centre. This is to implement a full resolution for the outage experienced due to hardware failure on 24th February.

During this maintenance period, Ethernet customers will experience a service outage of up to 15 minutes.

In the unlikely event that we do experience any disruptions longer than 15 minutes during the maintenance period, updates will be posted on our status page at http://status.timico.co.uk. As a subscriber to the alert service you will be notified if there are any unforeseen issues.

If you experience any service degradation following the maintenance period, please contact your technical support team.
