DescriptionBetween 07:00 and 12:00 on Wednesday 17th April, we will be performing upgrades to our VDC infrastructure as part of the continuous improvement to our services.

During this maintenance window all virtual machines hosted on the platform will continue to function as normal, however there are two expected periods of disruption:
07:00 to 07:30 - some customers may notice a brief disruption to connectivity (less than 1 second)
11:00 to 12:00 - virtual machines powered on or rebooted during this period will experience a loss of connectivity

In the unlikely event that we do experience any extended disruptions to service during the maintenance period, updates will be posted on our status page at http://status.timico.co.uk. As a subscriber to the alert service you will be notified if there are any unforeseen issues.
